Competition (won) to create a sculpture on the Place du Roi Albert in Tilff.
The sculpture is inspired by the lines of a swan, in tribute to the two firefighters, Yves Peeters and Christian Dejardin, who died during an operation to rescue a swan from the Ourthe, near the Tilff bridge where the sculpture will be placed. The swan is also a symbol of love and fidelity.
Made in the Melens & Dejardin workshops,
Thanks to Gérard Dejardin, Albert Liégeois, Donovan Tognoli and Francis Brasseurs.
Thanks also to the commune of Esneux for the order and to their technical team for transport and lighting.
